The MYO Strength Smith Machine/Squat Rack combines free weights with resistance machines for the best of both worlds. Suitable for lifters of all experience levels, it is the perfect tool for developing power and muscle mass in a controlled manner making it perfect for home workouts or commercial gym facilities. It features a smooth movement mechanism, safety catchers, and integrated weight storage horns to keep gym spaces organised.
The MYO Strength range is designed to offer high quality, robust machines in any home or semi-commercial environment. Each machine is finished in a Matte Black Electro plated powder coat and then upholstered to the highest of standards. With a silver and black frames and upholstery, the MYO Strength machines will look stylish and modern within any facility.
The MYO Strength Smith Machine/Squat Rack includes a self-aligning bearing system with an easy, adjustable safety stopper to provide a smooth and safe motion. There are six integrated weight-storage horns which hold various weights to keep gym spaces organised.

Frame: 50mm x 100mm heavy-gauge flat oval steel tubing
Finish: High quality electrostatic powder coat finish. A standard two-coat powder coating that’s highly resistance to chips and scratches
Adjustments: Intuitive colour coded and spring loaded push-pull pins
Cushions: Durable high density cushion covered in stitched vinyl
Grips: Non-absorbing PVC compound retained with aluminium collars
Frame Protection: Heavy-duty moulded PVC foot guards, non-slip contact with the floor and protect flooring surfaces from damage
Weight Stacks: Black painted steel weight plates with self aligning low friction sleeves. Weight indications in lb. and kg
Weight Selectors: Magnetic colour coded pin with coiled lanyard
Seat Adjustment: Quick release seat adjustment levers and numbered position enable easy position adjustments. Seat adjustment levers are colour coded for quick identification
Exercise Placards: Conveniently be viewed from a seated position, offer a quick reference to targeted muscle groups and proper machine use

Delivery times
If an item is in stock it would be 1-2 days for smaller parcels upto 25kg, if it is a palletised item it would be 3-5 days on a book-in service with the Pallet Network.
All parcels will require a signature.
Installation
Our partnering brand offers an installation service this is bespoke & depends on a number of factors such as location, amount of kit that requires delivering & installing & access details (upstairs/ single doors, etc)
