Description
The ability to push things overhead is an essential function in life that requires more than isolated shoulder strength. It also requires core strength and stability to protect the spine. The GENESIS Multi-Plane Shoulder helps build strength through the torso and joint stabilizers with its cable-based design. The lack of required adjustments and the extensive cable travel lets the user move from supported to standing to adding rotation and beyond, continuously adding variety and challenge to their program.

Handles move independently for single and alternating arm exercises.

EXTENSIVE CABLE TRAVEL

PADDED, CONTOURED SEAT
For beginning users or those looking to isolate the lower body, the seat features contoured padding for a comfortable fit.
